Enterprise SLA & SIEM Integration
Uptime monitoring with second-level precision — backed by contractual SLAs, encrypted data pipelines, and native integrations with PagerDuty and Splunk.
Your monitoring stack should not be the weakest link
Large organizations run hundreds of services across AWS, GCP, and on-prem infrastructure. When an outage hits, minutes of blind time translate into six-figure losses, regulatory exposure, and eroded customer trust. Generic uptime checkers cannot provide the contractual guarantees, audit trails, or real-time alerting pipelines that enterprise IT requires.
No contractual uptime guarantee
Most SaaS monitoring tools offer no SLA — if their probes go down, your dashboards go dark and your team flies blind during the exact moment you need visibility.
Alerts lost in Slack noise
Slack and email channels drown critical incidents in chatter. Without routing to PagerDuty or Opsgenie, mean-time-to-acknowledge (MTTA) balloons past acceptable thresholds.
No SIEM visibility
Security and ops teams operating Splunk, Datadog, or Elasticsearch have no way to correlate uptime events with access logs, vulnerability scans, or threat intelligence — creating blind spots in incident response.
Dedicated infrastructure with custom SLAs
Pulsely Enterprise provisions isolated probe clusters, dedicated support engineers, and negotiable SLA terms — so your monitoring platform matches the reliability standards of the services it watches.
Custom SLA up to 99.99%
Our Enterprise agreement guarantees 99.99% platform availability — measured across all probe regions, API endpoints, and dashboard access. Credits of up to 95% of monthly fees apply if we miss the target. Your contract specifies the exact uptime window, measurement methodology, and credit schedule.
Dedicated support engineer
Every Enterprise account is assigned a named support engineer (e.g., Maria Chen, Sr. Solutions Engineer) with a guaranteed 15-minute response time during business hours and 30-minute response after hours. No ticket queues, no triage delays.
Multi-region probe isolation
Your checks run on probe clusters dedicated to your tenant — physically separated from shared infrastructure. Choose probe locations in Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1), Virginia (AWS us-east-1), and Singapore (GCP asia-southeast1) to match your user geography.
Custom check intervals down to 10 seconds
Standard plans poll every 60 seconds. Enterprise allows 10-second intervals on HTTP, TCP, DNS, and SSL/TLS checks — giving you near-real-time detection of outages, certificate expirations, and DNS propagation delays.
PagerDuty integration with escalation policies
Pulsely pushes events to PagerDuty via native integration, preserving check metadata, response codes, and latency metrics in every incident. Configure escalation policies so critical service outages page your senior engineer within 60 seconds while non-critical warnings route to the on-call rotation.
SSO via SAML 2.0
Enforce single sign-on through Okta, Azure AD, or OneLogin. Role-based access control (RBAC) lets you define viewer, editor, and admin roles — and audit who changed which check configuration and when.
Encrypted pipelines, SIEM-ready event streams
Pulsely treats monitoring data with the same rigor as production traffic. Every byte — from probe-to-collector transit to long-term storage — is encrypted, integrity-checked, and exportable to your SIEM of record.
TLS 1.3 everywhere
All inbound and outbound connections use TLS 1.3 with forward secrecy. Probe-to-collector traffic is mTLS-encrypted with per-tenant client certificates. No HTTP fallback is permitted — even for health-check endpoints.
AES-256 at rest
Check results, historical uptime data, and configuration snapshots are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Encryption keys are managed via AWS KMS with automatic rotation every 90 days. Key material never leaves the KMS boundary.
Splunk HEC integration
Stream every check event to Splunk via the HTTP Event Collector (HEC) in real time. Each event carries structured JSON fields — check_id, status_code, response_time_ms, probe_region, ssl_expiry_days — so your Splunk dashboards correlate uptime anomalies with security events and access patterns.
Webhook event delivery with retry
For custom SIEM or internal tooling, Pulsely delivers check results via signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256). Failed deliveries trigger exponential backoff with a maximum of 12 retries over 24 hours, and every attempt is logged for audit purposes.
SOC 2 Type II compliant
Pulsely undergoes annual SOC 2 Type II audits covering security, availability, and confidentiality. The latest report (dated November 2024, auditor: Deloitte) is available under NDA to Enterprise prospects during the procurement process.
GDPR data processing addendum
A standard DPA is included with every Enterprise contract, specifying data processing purposes, retention periods (default 365 days, configurable), and subprocessor disclosures. EU-hosted probe clusters keep data within the EEA by default.
